"I never leave negative reviews for any service I use unless and untill I have no choice. After a month of countless unanswered calls and messages and mulitple delay I finally recieved the floor mats for my kia carnival. I ordered the Star 7D floor mats. Not only is there issue in fitting of the mats but the base mats, which was supposed to the most important part of the star 7D floor mats, are mssing for the important middle and back seats. Instead of what was ordered, which I paid over 6k for they sent the generic version of the mats. Only the front 2 mats were the 7D floor mats. I am sharing the pictures for reference. This is by definition fraud. The only reason I do not want to pursue this in a legal action is to avoid any further headache. I will never again order from them and if anyone reads this please don't order. May be the best thing is to go there physically and get your mats fitted. Any business is done on the basis of trust. One cannot trust this business. It's very unfortunate."

"I have placed order on 13th October 2025, for seat covers, car floor matting and neck pillows. As while placing order I requested them to deliver my order asap, on 15th October I requested them to dispatch at least car mats if the rest of order is delaying due to Diwali they agreed and promised me to dispatch next day, but they dispatched my order on 18th October 2025, 2 days delay, after Diwali break I requested them to deliver rest of my order but the concerned person was not responding, I messaged him on 27th Oct 2025 for updates but this whole week has gone and now he is not responding, he guaranteed me to dispatch rest of the order by this week but not picking up the calls and even not reverting back on WhatsApp. This is totally unprofessional behaviour, I understand delay due to Diwali week but after that they should response and keep update to customer. Also wanted to mention the quality of mat which I have received with is worst as some part of that is of other colour. Totally worst experience. Order I’d- 41481"

"Extremely happy and satisfied with the product, it fits perfectly for Windsor EV and the quality of the mats are very good, I was a tad worried that the mat for the rear may not be one long mat as that is how it should be for Windsor EV rather than a 3 piece as shown in the photos, but I was surprised that it indeed was just one long mat which fits perfectly, thank you guys for a great product and keep up the good work."
